Seems to be among the best archer generals in the game:
Marksman likely gives a chance to deal a fatal blow when commanding Archer units
Street Fighting has likely the same effect as in WC4
Accuracy has likely the same effects as in WC4
-I think Besiege gives a chance of the enemy not counterattacking when commanding Archer units
Plus he can have an 8 in Archer stats.

This guy sux. One of the worst archer generals in this game. All he really has is besiege and accuracy, which are alright. Urban warfare sucks especially hard on archers. Just a really bad general. Tell you what.
This guy’s archer skills may look shiny. If you really want a general like him on your team, look at dolabella or drusus.,
2/5 stars. Really bad, do not be fooled. This guy is useless
