Rather than make you read this entire thread again I will just edit the new additions and changes at the very top.

March 2017:

I am happy to announce that Mountbatten was made GM .His duties still remain mainly focused on the [Officers lounge] but he will now be able to help out in other areas as well.

Tentative plan is for the [GoG1] board to be consolidated with [Gog2] board since both of these do not see a huge amount of activity.Both boards will be overseen by Singlemalt .

October2016:

The staff is happy to welcome Singlemalt to the team.He has been very active in bringing in new content and paticipating in the [Empire EW5] board and so will get a chance to lead our newest game board. We all wish him the very best.Go visit him in the EW5 board and bug him with a million questions about the game! 😃😆

Picard (or for the moment Dayan) also has received his full GMod kit as previously mentioned.

September2016:

Jean-Luc Picard has been made Senior moderator he is next to be slotted GM (Global mod).FYI Progression is Mod➡SM➡GM➡Admin.Picard has been an invaluble member of the staff constantly bringing up suggestions and always trying to solve issues and helping troubleshoot problems with the site and he has also done his best to help the membership with their need be it strictly gaming or otherwise.He has done all of this with a positive attitude and good spirit.The ability to always offer possible solutions and being open minded earned him his spot at the leadership.

July 2016:
A few changes to areas of responsibilities: By mutual agreement Shermam will now wear the esteemed blue Pioneer name instead of the red.He will continue being an integral part of our community as he has always been before.
Mountbatten will vacate the [polls and presentations] board and instead lead the tumultuous and eventfull [Officer's lounge] board.
Davout will in turn fill the [polls and presentations] vacancy and take the leadership of that board.

June 2016: By popular demand a new modification board was added to our forum and so that means a moderator had to be appointed to take the leadership of that board.
And so it's my pleasure to announce that by overwhelming votes from the existing moderator team Jean-Luc Picard was chosen among several other possible candidates.

We all wish him the best,he has a very interesting and fun board to manage.

PS: If you want you can help him by stopping by the new [Game modification] board and checking out the material there and starting new threads too!

April 2016 edit: Erich von Manstein has been made Global moderator,he will join kanue to help manage the site and will have access to modding all boards.This way there should always be an active GM in case one gets busy with RL.

Władysław Anders has joined the Role Playing team,he and António Salazar and designated helpers will dedicate their time and energy into making the RP games a more enjoyable experience for the membership.

19/2/2016 edit: A few changes and additions to the staff: I will be focusing much more on the administrative side of the forum so as to bring new additions and upgrades to the forum.Kanue will be the new Global moderator,his main duty is to lead and assist the mod team and troubleshoot problems or issues with the membership and guests.Manstein and Sherman are now Senior moderators.

In addition there are 4 new Moderators in training that will eventually mod one board each,they are:
1)Mountbatten for the Polls and presentation board.
2)Khurram will get the classic and pacific GoG1 board.
3)Best75 will manage the Other games of interest board.
4)Netherfreek will mod the GoG2 board.

The new moderators will not have any powers(edit,lock,move ect..) during their trial period,after a while they will become full mods and be given their mod tool kits for their assigned boards.

Gratz to all,and warm welcome to the newest mod!

In the future there will be others mods too,either because of more boards being added or other reasons,so if you wanted to get mod and didn't this time,there is still a possibility at some point.

It's my pleasure to announce the promotion of two members of our fantastic Easytech fan community to be moderators.
Both have been long time members and have contributed significantly to the sucess of this forum.
Their role here will be similar to what they have done in the past ie discussing and posting and just having fun but they now might also do things like helping and welcoming new members,chatting with members that need a resolution,answering members pm's,moving threads to the correct board,locking threads,flagging infractions ect..

Please everyone join me in congratulating kanue and General William T. Sherman
Kanue will have all European War 4 boards, Sherman will have all boards of the general section.

kanue and General William T. Sherman are now staff members and as such I expect everyone to show them the same courtesy and respect that you would afford me or anyone else in the forum for that matter,so..wait a little while before you start creating a migraine for them kk?

Finally,as a gesture of good will,and to start my mod team on the right footing, an amnesty has been declared on all minor infractions posters.All warning levels will be wiped clean,all post count penalties will be removed (all the -100 and -200 posts offenders restored)
The process might take a couple days,keep in mind your account notes will still be there .

31-10-15 Edit :

And we have yet an additional staff announcement to make.The world conqueror 3 boards been sitting without a formal mod for too long! But fear not an entreprising,knowledgeable and fairly new member of our community stepped forward to take on the challenge of leadership.

After some debate,all 3 of the staff picked Erich von Manstein as their present choice for the WC3 boards.

Erich von Manstein will start with both the "military intel compound" and the "planning room".He continues to answer questions and comments and private messages as he has done before in addition to his other mod duties.
Do not hesitate to contact him or any of the other staff with any concerns.

In the future as our site grows so will the moderator list,if you are interested in being a mod one day,you need to build a good post history,be helpfull to others,avoid too many infractions ect..

As always if you have any issues you can contact any of the staff,we are here to help you as much as possible.
