I obviously haven’t read all 102 pages, so I don’t know if someone has made this riddle or not, but here it comes! This guy was a political leader in Brazil. Lived during the 20th century, committed suicide around 1950 during the Cold War era. Served in the military as a sergeant. Getúlio Vargas? Let notfinnish 's riddle be answered first. Correct!
