genral01, which APK editor are you using? Also, did you change the name of your apk from whatever it was originally? Because if you didn't there might be a clash.

Okay so I see lots of confusion here. Let me tell you exact situation.
I am able to install apk that I have. I wasn't satisfied with that so I edited that apk. Now when I try to install this I am not able to do so. First I thought there is issue with name but that wasn't the problem. For better understanding the problem I removed all editing and just added a space at the beginning than I saved it and tried to install it. Results were same. The application started getting install but stopped at 70% and all it said was apk not installed.

Editing Units:Go to Assets->Json
Need leadership1-4(To be honest I have no idea what they are used for or what they do)
Max formation, basically how many tiers/level/units it can have(I think the max is 4 but haven't tested it yet).
I noticed that the leadership level is equal to the max formation...
for instance if you have a max of 3 then you'll have a 1 in leadership 2 & 3 also. I'm not sure how mandatory it is but I suspect that it's the reason a formation change won't actually take root in the gameplay.

I successfully added my country using Semuslim video but now 1939 conquest countries are glitched out does anyone know how to fix this I am using NOX emulator btw Bluestacks wont install the apk. Is there some way to transfer files from luckpatcher to bluestacks and install the unlocked modded apk?
