I believe that's an optional objectives. Usually placed in what I like to call Market Building (a building that when captured does nothing). First time seeing it in that particular building tho

This is optional objective. If you destroy it, the Japanese join your side against Korea.

Getting Japan to join you can be quite useful too, because the more the merrier. If I recall, you need some help to clear both cities to get 3*, why not enlist "free" help? |

I would rather say it is a number one priority to destroy this castle in this mission. Heihachiro will join your attack immediately and it is very useful considering his naval ability... Unlike some other missions our potential allies are really helpful here...

If you have Bismarck get him up there asap, once he'd destroyed that city I found it relatively straightforward to go on and complete the mission. |
