I was prompted to use the ion cannon twice in a Hungary 1939 conquest!
I didn't want to exploit though

I was prompted to use the ion cannon twice in a Hungary 1939 conquest! I didn't want to exploit though You can unlock the ion cannon in 1939 by having your tech level be at 7 and have a city with Institute at level 4 Yes, I used it then the icon for using it on a troop appeared again. I didn't want to exploit it even if it was just a texture |
