I also found even cooler findings. If you want territory that is in another country make sure that there is atleast a 1% chance of rebals and the AI will surprisingly sell the territory at a cheap price. Which means the country hasnt made a core and/or plundered that province before it became owner of it, right? |

Nobunaga Oda , I was actually successfull and found a way to make countys be in a Union. You have to have good relations and join their Alliance. After that declare war on the smallest nation you find and it's about a 75-90% of forming a union. I played as Prussian in the Victorian Era and Successfully conquered all of the Prussian stats except one. Then I declared war on France and United with Blandenburg. Thats like what happened in real life lol |

About your Territory Question, I ment that after a Nation takes another Country's land their Control over the province is weak and you can trade little money for some territory with ease. That's like Papal States destorying Tunis and You the Ottoman Empire, Trades some Gold for a whole Nation. |
