it is hard task for sure and you need to abuse Save/Load to get the best results. Britain 1798 is more easy Record to beat: 25 turns. Let me upgrade my gens and buy some snare drums.

I used the Prussia/Austrian lineup for the run, with better General's it should be possible to beat it by 1 or 2 turns. My suggestion would be Cavalry: Murat heavy cavalry Italian front, Dombrowski on light cavalry and Poniatowski on heavy cavalry western front (France/Spain) and lassale light cavalry Poland theatre. Artillery: Moreau/Marmont on siege artillery western front and Sophia/Moreau heavy artillery Italian front. Good luck

My final lineup for now All have max movement stars. I'll max all their stars later on. Karl is actually strong, I have to admit.Victoria is there for when I play Great Britain in conquest or for campaign. Clausewitz for campaign. Sophia and Moreau I almost always use in campaigns and conquests. Didn't get Napoleon because I don't like hybrids that much

I still find it depressing playing Austria still.

Napoleon is a artillery Support General (a firemen) just like Clausewitz they could do pretty well on all units if you dislike playing as Austria that mutch than never Play them in the 1809 scenario

@ Clausewitz, Less years ruled, but yeah. Also, I don't enjoy playing them in EW4. They are fun in EW6 tho. Thanks for the suggestion BTW, I definitely will play HRE in 1809

You definitely know something is wrong when the best General of the 19th century after Napoléon I. Was total crap.

Generals are great, but I get gens in terms of effectiveness, but your point is valid. The graphics initially turned me off tho. Also, why not make a mode of EW6 once you can do it, that would be nice. They made aura gens too dominant in game, and the difficulty curve can be random at times. Also, the difficulty of the Crimean war is overall 10x harder than the Hundred years war. Good thing I'm done with that, so I can focus on your mod.

I like if there is at least some variety to choose from but sadly in ew6 aura gens are the only way to go. As example Washington seems unrealistically strong compared to his rivals from Canada. I find the graphic design is ok. Iron Marshal , ask me to help him modify ew6, maybe in the future we work together on a mod. The difficulty curve is definitely strange in this game. I recently realised that jomini is also in the game, it would be hilarious if we could let fight clausewitz and jomini each other for how wrote the better book

Clausewitz is more popular and his advise considered superior and stands the test of time, so there's that. I'm gonna play any mod you play . Honestly, your mod is basically made EW4 more realistic and less Grindy. I'm excited to see how you improve your mod

I had hoped for a American Civil war Campaign in ew6 because of Grant and Lee (Robert) being in the game but sadly there is none.

Max stars already. Also, playing as Austria 1809 is actually fun, but it takes time to build momentum. Basically Austria is at war with everyone except Britain.

I would change engineering and banner whit accurate and explosive hm... he was the leader of France so banner is deserved. The thing about napoleon is he was a multi talent, how do you do justice to someone like him? banner, assault art, engineering and geographie make him a good artillery support general and in conquest mode speed is key. There's a simple solution to this: buff the banners lol.

Here are the best units in this mod. Honorable mentions are Kate, Isabella, Maria, Karl, Suvorov, and Napoleon. There may be others i missed. Banner is only useful for infantry and artillery, since cavalry gens are out there just moving way ahead other units and it's almost necessary that they have a snare drum, and they don't have mass fire unlike infantry gens who can afford having double banners, or are near other units like artillery. Maybe if Clausewitz would buff banner, i may get Maria or Isabella.I replaced Karl for Lasalle, and Victoria for Collingwood. Clausewitz is definitely the best hybrid in game, followed by Napoleon. Victoria is a strong navy gen, but Collingwood is equal in terms of strength in navy, and is also strong as an artillery gen, which is why i replaced her. Sophia is currently my strongest gen since she has all the stars maxed, and she's the only female member on the team. I probably have a secret guilt since i don't have her in my team in EW6, so i may have been motivated to max her first, or maybe because she's gorgeous, or both.
