Thank you friends for your advice, I got Blucher as my only Cav commander! He is very good with the Ambulance I wasted all my medals I earned and bought at buying healing items and upgrading generals ranks. Did not have enough medals yet to upgrade their skills So I ended up without Mahmud II (I dreamt about him from the first day on this forums lol like half year) but with strong infantry generals. Napoleon and Jourdan fill my needs in artillery right now before I earn medals for Mahmud or Sophia. Don't worry, Netherlands 1798 is your best friend for medals and gold . Just focus on maxing the commander skills of your aura gens. After that, you can focus on getting generals. Buying those healing items, and upgrading skills, not a waste of medals. It is necessary anyway😁

Yes, I would say that some 3 star challenges and campaign missions are straight up impossible without healing items which are the biggest game changer

Soooo guys I've got 2200 medals, what should I do now? Buy Murat or upgrade my generals skills and have a huge boost?
I have Blucher, Napoleon, Karl, Massena. I would love a second cav gen, but now I see that upgrades matter a lot...

I have a similar set up at the beginning except instead of Napoleon i had Mahmud, and that's what i did. Although it's your choice if you want to get Murat first, then upgrade later. But objectively speaking, i'd rather have 4 stronger generals than 5 undeveloped ones.
