Do I need a naval general? I already beat the game already

If you mean you are already finished with the campaign and are interested in beating the Crimean war, then yes. If you completed the Crimean war but didn't 3 star all of it and are interested to, then yes, get a naval gen. Nelson and Sakurako are the best. |
