So I saved up over 2000 medals to buy Murat, but I accidentally bought Kutuzov! "What a blunder!", you're probably saying, and I'd say so myself as well, but now it's time to see what we should do about this. I have Massena upgraded to Marquess and Major (I never touched his abilities) I have the 4 free generals and a Kutuzov with no upgrades. I have 798 medals and 13360 coins, I am on the last missions for Russia and the Holy Roman Empire. My tech is mainly level 2-3 Should I keep Kutuzov temporarily and save up medals for another general and complete the last 2 missions Should I sell Kutuzov and buy another general and upgrade him and Massena Should I keep and continue to upgrade Kutuzov permanently. Should I do something else? Please help, your advice would be very useful thank you.  |

IMO keeping Kutuzov permanently is out of question.He's too weak compared to Alexander or Mahmud.Although he is still pretty decent,a lot of medals are needed to make him good.I suggest selling him and buy Murat immediately.He's very strong.Prioritise upgrading him,at least upgrade his cavalry commander skill to level 4,buy him an ambulance.After that,buy Alexander(forum recommendation) or Mahmud(my personal preference).The standart line up for F2P is roughly like this:
Infantry
2 generals:Massena-Karl
3 generals:Massena-Karl-Barclay/Suvorov/any gold general
Cavalry
2 gens:Murat-Dabrowski
3 gens:Murat-Dabrowski-Lan/Ney
Arty
2 gens:Alexander/Mahmud/John/Sophia(pick two)
3 gens:same,but pick three
Navy(if you're using any at all)
Best:Nelson
Offensive:Victoria
Defensive:Sakurako

Thanks a lot, but I also must ask is it worthwhile to buy all the healing items as soon as possible or to wait for later. Also is cavalry commander why people day dabrowski is better than davout? And which princesses have bad abilities in cities, I would rather not have to make the ones with good abilities in cities my general.

Buying ambulances and tents are necessary to be done ASAP.They can literally save your life during difficult battles.Battlefield med pecks are weaker,though.Cavalry commander buffs your own damage and surrounding allies' damage,including generals.Dabrowski deals around the same damage as Davout or even a little bit higher,and he also buffs Murat.As for princesses,I'm not so sure,but Sophia isn't usually converted to a general.

Defo buy all you can as they will keep you moving,there are temples,but you have to be stationary, not good when you need to be mobile. So yeah,you will never go wrong getting all them. |

We all get stuck in one mission in the crimean war or hundred days war eventually. I'd say sell Barclay, or be a complete rebel and sell Karl. Nelson and Sakurako is needed for some missions for Crimean war. Also, I think you need more cavalry gens my friend.2 cavalry gens will not be enough to save you from a certain one name challenge in the Crimean war that is meant to destroy players who have more infantry gens than cavalry gens. Murat and Lan would be a nice addition to your team. Just sell Sakurako or Nelson later on. |

Get massena maxed out that way (best way to do it is by simultaneously watching tv and grinding). As for kutuzov, I would just sell him. You just lost around 400 medals which really isn’t that much (8x farming the netherlands). I would get mahmud instead. |

It is not a huge mistake or game changer that he got him. Yes,he is too expensive, but really quite good,so use him awhile since you have him,then decide for yourself whether to keep him or not😁 |
