Good day. I am buy all four slots, but only one available for me. Another three locked(lock icon like before buy). If I click on slot nothing happening.

do you already have generals? otherwise you can reinstall the game and restore the purchase with your apple id, I don't know if this works for samsung as well

Yes, I have 8 generals, one empty and three lock bug slots. I try delete and install game, and load save from cloud storage, any results. Try install game on other device, no results. Try write to Easytech, don't answer.

Try write to Easytech, don't answer. When you write to ET, show them your receipt and a screenshot of the bugged slots with time and date marked on the screenshots. This shows ET that you have bought their IAP slots, but did not receive the slots. |
