k then. My closing statement: it does not follow from the claim that one's intentions outweigh their actions by both the moral Kantian ethics theory, and the Consequentialist Utilitarianist theory. Even if Hitler wanted his Aryan master race to prosper in a privileged environment it does not justify the Holocaust. If Thanos wanted the world to be grateful from salvation it does not justify his destructive and devastating actions. If a serial killer goes around killing ex-prisoners, it cannot be justified that his actions were done for the greater good of making the world a safer place. One's intentions must be treated and scrutinized differently, in other words with another lens or on another microscope, than one's reality changing actions. couldn't place this into a proper counter argument as im rather tired from my course work... have to work till 2 am tonight! but ye

But it is the fact that what happened in the past cannot be changed and it is closed. Still, even PewDiePie gets overwhelmed, i will still be with him, subscribed. Maybe you too. Aaaaaaaaaaand good luck to your work bro have a nice day and night.

I dont care if someone is no 1 or the last, if I enjoy their content I'll watch it, but if they do turn on a dark path, as which many channels that talked about history was infected with Politics and it turned biased.

Navia Lanoira, Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr, Tito,I have moved this discussion to the social board so it's more on topic. Here is my 2 cents on this: I see gaming youtubers fall into 2 main categories the pro-gamers (and the ones working hard to get to that level) and the entertainers. 1/When you watch a video from a pro-gamer you are amazed about how much you dont know! They are so good they end up elevating you gaming tactics and you often become a better player than before you watched their video. 2/The entertainers on the other hand often barely even know the game, people watch them because of their personality because they are funny and because they make you feel good about yourself. Often times though the entertainers offer zero value (or close to it) in making you a better player. Unfortunately often times the successful pro-gamers barely get few thousands subscribers while the entertainers get them by the millions. I watched this pewdie a couple times on games I wanted to know more about and it was a complete waist of time but he was entertaining though, I could see why people liked him.

So that is why PewDiePie gets his rank as number one. Because he combined entertainment and gaming and other types?

Mmm I agree, same reasoning and analogy can be applied for wc4 as well, the Youtuber and forum member War Master is more of an entertainer, since he uses full tech and full upgraded generals with iap in his mission guides. Beginners looking to actually get help to clear the stage will get clickbaited, whilst others not having any particular goal in watching the video will be awed by war master's op generals and quirky gameplay, and start to subscribe due to this halo effect. To add to a different category, pro gamers can be great entertainers, looking at Brunchminati in wc4, Sinbadx in Diep.io, twist2op for critical ops, and many others.

Because if a gamer only do gaming or walkthroughs, it can be โboringโ. So that is why gamers goes in entertainment for the people to get fun.

Navia Lanoira ,personality, charisma, good looks is what carries the day for him. His silly easy going attitude makes him relatable and likable. I don't remember what were the couple games I watched him play but I do remember that his play was total noobish so I never watched his videos again. Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr , yes pro-gamers can also be entertainers, that's such a cool combo but they are rare imo, I always subscribe when I find them. Although to be honest I almost never watch gaming youtuber for their personality or charm or fun it's always about improving game play and sometimes about discovering new games or else I don't watch just to be entertained, I rather just play the games. Tito , yeap same here, I don't care about youtuber rating I watch the ones that I like.

So that is why he still liked by the people.

I actually enjoy speedrunners a lot. Most are pretty chill, entertaining and in some aspect realists and fair. Hugo One and Joshimuz for Rockstar Game speedrunning, even though it is hard to do it, they are basically used to it at this point, but they combine gameplay and entertainment. As speedrunning is in some aspect doing the tasks in the most efficient way but many times they will do some whacky things, alas I think that communication between the creator and the viewers is necessary. As there are some PI streamers and youtubers that are well loved because they interact with the audience, joke around, small talk and etc, and they get a positive feedback on their content. It is hard to do on so with larger players as there would be too much, but common sense should exist in all of them.
As mentioned I do not get triggered or insulted by jokes, I make offensive jokes towards me daily, but they should still take into concideration that if you can do something it doesnt mean you should. And PewDiePie does it almost every time, he hasnt insulted only India, he has insulted many people, it is a joke yes but inside every joke is a bit of truth, but also people can take it wrong and cheer him on which creates division

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. However, I don't think that applies to Pewds: all he ever did was say some naughty words and make some "offensive" jokes. He's not responsible for the actions of others.
