I'm using my elite team of Arnold, Dumouriez, Sophia and Isabella to clinch the 3* clears for earlier campaigns and earning medals through casual conquests. Currently, I'm contemplating either saving medals for Items or saving medals for 2 trainers. I have Gazan in my shop to upgrade Isabella to a 5* arty gen and I want to save extra medals to form a complete 4-person team immediately after regrouping Gazan. As long that you still can gain medals from some campaigns you're lucky - since the Final battle this source finished for me at 420. I KEEP ON PLAYING EW4 - I just bought right now another slot to buy some Dietz for my team. So I expect to go on for a while. Thanks to you Nobunaga Oda , I experienced the fun I still have to play other conquests (Wallachia at the moment) - gracias! I tried already alternatives or newer releases but until now, EW4 is my favorite game in this genre. Mine too, and today I finally got Isabela... at last

Even lan is worse imo. Not by much though

The downside of princesses is they come with zero hp and nobility. Iβm not the most patient and regrouped all merited non-IAPs on them for instant usability, even Golitsyn and Dobeln. Just to find myself in need of a second inf in RoN.

With Sophia its not an issue she's usually unlocked early enough into the game where she may not be behind most of your gens, but Isabela, Lan, Victoria, Kate, might be.

I kept Scharnhorst until Isabella. The nobility grind is no problem in chain the beast. HP takes much longer. For the last gens I bought the crown thingy and sold it again after health was maxed.

The Staff/Crown is for boosting Rank (nobility).

The Staff/Crown is for boosting Rank (nobility). Yes, pardon, I was confused. Rank (health, max 150) is represented by chevrons or stars, left side of the general portraits. It increases by killing units, faster by killing generals. The books Artof War/on war accelerate this, like the skill war master/war expert. Nobility (or regeneration, max 10 per round) is represented by hats or crowns, right side of the portrait, gains by conquering farms or facilities, faster with Golden Stuff/Crown or the Nobleman skill.

Using Isabella on Rockets will help: On rockets she's not getting counterattacks - the high damage make her gain fast experience (health) - her high movement is perfect for rockets. On my run she arrived much earlier at 150 than any other princess.

IMO, Rank and Nobility farming using my princesses is not a priority for me because of some of the above reasons like how certain princesses are capable of defeating large numbers of enemies easily. I prefer to farm using my trainers since half of my team members are trainers (Dumouriez and Arnold) who need to be able to survive on their own. Then, once I regroup them, whatever I farmed will automatically be transferred to the princess anyways. Plus, I'm borrowing a page from yuanzhong so I'm considering maxing out 5* for all unit types, movement and trading ability except for my 4th and last princess.

I remember the post: your next step: with snare drum s π I also do gym(farming) only with trainers. I have the impression it's even more efficient. With a save from Battle of Eylau from the coalition I put any trainer on the marked cav and just do Load-Kill-Exit 11 times give one refresh in the academy and the trainer has at least 54 health and 2 Rank (also some medals) - it is very useful to put in emergency an trainer(+snare) on any dying unit - the joker.

Nice one, just tricky to establish. Killing 3 generals at once is of course more efficient than 3 respawn units in surrounded cities. how do I make this spoiler thing?
