Hopefully no aliens! What I see is mostly Roman,Carthage,Egypt Not much on Chinese which was rumored that would be included. There is Chinese General in trailer. So I think China included. I hope so,although,Rome and China are worlds apart geographically, maybe they will have an option to choose which one? Since the trailer showed how it will be much like EW6 rather than the dismal fail of EW5,I am really now more enthusiastic about what will be.😀 |

From the fact they said it’s coming “soon” and the release dates of other games and their trailers, could we maybe calculate the time it will come out? Just a theory lol Copied from the EW6 trailer thread: WC4 - 20 EW5 - 10 GoG2 - 19 WC3 -15 And EW6 was 17 days for iOS and 21 days for Android. |

So, we have at least 8 campaigns with at least 4 missions in each of them. I presume in some campaigns (like Punic wars) we will play for both sides.   And 3 ages of conquests. As usual, the last one is unavailable until an update will be ready.  The total number of generals the player can hire is 12 (not yet clear how many slots are free). And one of them is analogous to the EC general we had in WC3 and GoG Classic and Pacific. His name is just a "Commander" (as we can see it)  |

Looks like we have options of who/what army to play as in campaign, there was a clip of us deciding whether to assist from the right or left flanks. That's a great addition, I wonder if that takes the place of multiple difficulties from wc4?

I think it is more like EW4 when You could chose whether to play as Russia or Ottomans, Austria or Prussia in the campaign in several missions. Just to participate in the battle here and there. Doubt the difficulty is an issue here. It is just imo of course. |
