Only Siberian Gunner and Italian Redshirt are left. Tagging Seger and Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr to know who is gonna take which position. And as for nautical miles I guess 1800 nautical miles are enough for 1 turn? That is roughly equal to the width of bay of Bengal Nobunaga Oda. Also Jeanne d'Arc what about the soldier bios you have given? How are we supposed to use them? Any ideas?

The soldier bios are an introduction to your strengths and weaknesses in the game, basically.

Diplomacy: The Japanese and Ottoman Empires will not be involved unless they are drawn in by their allies (like IRL) and their respective governments agree with a majority vote (dice roll).

May I suggest you people something for diplomacy, I made the following set of rules.
If two countries are friendly In the same group (Axis or Allies) - minimum dice roll 3 Played by same person - minimum dice roll 6. Are in opposite sides and are played by different players but in same group - minimum dice roll 6.

With regards to K S Thimayya choosing to invoke the Anglo-Japanese Alliance, the Diet will assemble to discuss this issue. There will be 3 factions in the Diet: - Pro-Britain faction This faction supports the nation's entry into the war on the side of the Allies, specifically, as a British ally. - Anti-war / domestics or regional facing faction As the name suggests, this is a combination of 2 groups. The anti-war Members of Parliament (MPs) do not wish to stake their homeland and her resources in a war, especially one occurring in a faraway land. The other group are those who wish to turn inwards to focus on domestic politics or regional politics because they believe more important things lie closer to home (literally!). - Pro-Central or Axis faction This faction supports entry on the side of Germany and wants to ignore / terminate the Anglo-Japanese Alliance. Since the Diet is like a Parliament or Congress of its own, collective votes are accounted for. 3 die will rolled. If the total adds up to 1-4, Faction 2 wins. If the total adds up to 5-8, Faction 3 wins. If the total adds up to 9-12, Faction 1 wins. However, the Emperor may exercise his veto if needed...

KChdMP74·· 5 + 3 + 1 = 9
A close victory for the Pro-Britain Faction!
The Diet has passed the motion and has decided to
1. Join the war and side with Britain. 2. Declare war on Germany and his allies. 3. Let the declaration of war come into effect in after 7 X 24 real world hours have passed.
