Im playing this game again (i restarted) and my first buy is general Ney, but i dont know, if keep him or remplace him with Lan later?.

All good,Keep Ney for now,later when you can afford it, get Murat,then Lan,then you will have a great Cavarly team. Oops,and that fat polish guy,who has aura,but can only reach Duke. |

Keep. Build your team around ney. Ney has insane crit damage which lan lacks. He might be a better option in general. Lan’s average output will be a bit higher though.
If I was you, i would upgrade ney to all lvl 5 skills, give him an ambulance a flintlock pistol, and the 20% crit damage medal. And then get dabrowski and murat to back him up. He’ll be really powerful. Maybe even the strongest cavarly in the game.

I agree, Ney and Lan are so close to each other, and there isn't any significant difference between them. If you were late in the game, then I would say Lan, simply because she is cheaper and can be promoted for a while with flowers only. But if you already bought Ney and presumably will upgrade him - there is no sense to loose 20% of total expenditure and to replace him with an equal general.
