Remember, this guy costs more than scipio, slightly less than huo. Raid is an alright skill, but it a raid specific build needs to be on a strong general. Wei is not a strong general. He is very overpriced. Cavarly commander on a weak general is useless. Breakthrough is a useless skill, and his trait again boosts the raid skill.
2.5/5 stars.
Overall very pricey. Aside from being a general, he offers really nothing else to the table. You are better off looking at generals in the gold tier.

Then we will see this general wreck our best Arminius or Hannibal in the next campaigns or conquest..... This Darth Vader look alike , with the correct equipment could be a serious pain . Mithridathes can deal with him (if there isn't war fog...).

Mithridathes can deal with him (if there isn't war fog...). This guy at his best will crit around the same as pacorus. Note I said at his best (when he has at a tier 1/2, and both his raid and talent are i use). But most of the time, he will be vomit inducingly terrible. Wei does not worry me. Huo however definitely does |

Your general's defense has everything to do with the unit they are in, and not the general itself, unless you gave them an item that increases defense  |
