On one side, I want to root for the Germans because of my German heritage and for them to kick the French's butts.
But on the other side, I want the French to hold out for as long as possible because I don't want the Nazis taking over France.

But on the other side, I want the French to hold out for as long as possible because I don't want the Nazis taking over France. No offense but everybody I met is super proud of Germany and have like German flags everywhere but they are 1% German really while a Kurd speaks better German than 99% of them. That was one of the first things I saw in the US. |

That was one of the first things I saw in the US. Not just German, we're like that for everyone, from Swedish to Irish to Japanese to Brazilian ancestry. It doesn't matter how much we are of it, it just matters that we are it. That being said, most people who do have the German flags in front of their houses and are super proud of Germany are not 1% German more than likely. Not because we're above that, just because most Americans have German heritage, second being Irish. |
