andrei , Deleted After I did some testing (which is posted in Small Changes thread) I spotted fire damage is 5% of max hp, same as Plague, and they can be both casted and applied on a same grid in a same turn (30% max hp if opponent remains still). Which is better? Well, depends on situation, but none hurt buildings and both last 3 turns. I personally prefer fire

Although plague cannot be resisted, so there's that.

I'll do a quick recap of both: Pros of fire (Arson): - Can be used anywhere within one tile of any of your troops.
- Way less cheap (less than 1/3 of Plague price)
- 1 turn cooldown vs 2 of plague
- Doesn't require advance technology to unlock it, you will be able to use it always
Pros of plague: - Can be used on any city that is seen, if you have a troop with sight range 2 or more and barely reach to see the city, you can plague it, while you will not reach it with . An ally may spot the city allowing you to see the city as well to plague it, but allied troops don't work for Arson.
- In the few maps with no fog of war, you can target far away cities, that will often not move their troops until a foe comes nearby, making them take >1 turn damage.
- Plague will hit the city and all its buildings, meaning up to 6 tiles can be hit with a single plague... but cities and their buildings very rarely sum more than two troops over them, so realistically 1-2 will be your most common victims.
So that's why I think Fire is better, its pros are just plain better, and its just too cheap (well, its more like plague is too expensive). But don't get me wrong, plague is not that bad, but its outclassed by Arson, Oration, Destroy and Forced March, all better while also being cheaper. Special "synergy", if a hero/elephant/anything strong and healthy is defending a city but it is over the barracks or some other building, you can plague the city and burn his tile on the same turn, as even though plague hits everything, it only protects from more Tactics the city. If you're not on a turn rush, unless its with archers, don't attack, as the foe will have the advantage due damage share with the building and him being healthy. If that hero has 5 troops, that will burn half a troop every turn (each is 20% of his health), and when he attacks, he will be counterattacked for full damage (as building doesn't absorb damage if he is attacking).

A few observations and random thoughts on this: -Items reset every 10 minutes in the store, you can find what you need by just constantly checking in there as you play. -The items that are purchased with medals are unique and we can only purchase a single item (of each) after that they won't reappear in the store but we can buy multiple copies of the gold based items. Example: You can only buy 1 [dragon shield] but you can buy multiple [Scale armor] items. The [Gold Ring] seems to be one of the best item price/performance since we don't have to use medals to acquire it. At the start of the game it's as an expensive item at a price of 8k+ gold but remember only medals are limited, gold can be farmed, specially in mid-late game. Probably not a good idea to burn medals to buy gold but if you must or (have access to mega IAP) then buying gold in larger quantity is a better value than purchasing it in smaller increments. Checking the 2 pics below, [lots of gold] gets us a value of 83gold/medal compared to 66gold/medal for the [Little gold] purchase. Edit: added [Mail Armor] to the post. Btw if you guys spot a missing item in the store and want to help complete the item list just take a screenshot of it and post it in this thread so we can see it and see its price.

truhses, because moral is really great, and having high morale constantly makes your general a monster to deal with. There are skills like roar that increases your crit chance with high morale, and combined with additional attack provided by having high morale, you destroy. Ring makes it so you pretty much have high morale everytime, unless you're surrounded. But then again, you can attack again, and 1 out of 2 hits would increase your morale. Really a great item to have.

So you need to buy armor for protection or a shield to increase HP?

I'd rather go for offensive items first, or utility items that increase mobility. Hp and defense will maybe be useful for later campaigns, but from what i'm seeing, going balls to the walls is the way to go.

Yes, mobility is the most important thing, especially for archers. I already bought Caesar a cart + 2
