 This guy has the same skills as Dönitz, 2 less navy stars, 2 less movement stars and LEVEL 4 FLEET LEADER!  This guy is like Nimitz but with 1 less star in navy, 1 less star in air and some fewer stars in movement.  This guy is better than Mountbatten LOL. I have seen him with 6 Navy stars. Only difference is that he is slower.  LOL THIS GUY IS BETTER THAN ZHUKOV, LEEB, GOVOROV AND ZHANG Z.Z.! WHERE CAN I BUY HIM? |

Lin Biao will be the best arty general if we can buy him. He has 5 arty stars, pretty good. Arty leader+Accuracy+Explosives is a perfect combination,and he also has two empty slots. Top 1 arty general.

He's terrible in WC 3. He was the worst five star arty,and now the best. Then Easytech decided there is no way a chinese general serving in a not so well known front overpower Konev. Poor Lin.

It seems. Riccardi is much weaker in the 1939 Conquest, while in the Balkans Campaign he is basically Dönitz.

 indeed IRL the italian navy in ww2 was indeed powerful, and IMO the navy was much better than the land troops (Greece and Africa? Abbysinya was just chemical weapons and no tactics hahaha) |
