The campaigns are generally average in difficulty when it comes to completion, but to 3 star them, it gets really annoying. Campaigns i found difficult and/or annoying is Landing in Britain (not difficult, just annoying), Retreat of Romans, Battle of Munda, and all campaigns for Civil war of Caesar-Rome Pompey. Civil war of Caesar-Rome Pompey is generally a pain in the behind. Battle of Illeda makes me want to throw my phone after failing twice, Battle of Delhi seems easy, but the population management is . While the Battle of Laspina isn't as particularly difficult, killing the required units in 20 turns while dealing with Uber Caesar and his men is not the greatest experience. Here are my generals who helped me complete the Campaign. Particular MVPs are my commander, Pompey, Antony and Hannibal. Others were fillers based on the units i was given for the campaign. Now that's done, i'll be back to completing the conquest and make the thread CountVonNumenor requested. andrei , stoic , dsongop , Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus are guys done with the campaign?

Deleted, yes completed of course, campaigns are easier with IAP gens. I hoped they would balance it better. I mean, they should probably make all skills of IAP gens lower to make it more challenging.

Any advice? I get rekt as well. Just the combination of killing the 4 enemies, one of which is camping in the stable to the north, with holding the objectives is quite hard

Just the combination of killing the 4 enemies, one of which is camping in the stable to the north, with holding the objectives is quite hard I ignore the city to the right and let my allies deal with it, and just focus on the cities to the left. The city that gives you a scroll was where I made a stand pretty much, and I let Hannibal return to stable frequently to replenish forces. I just let my commander (Archer Gen) to do the heavy lifting of disposing most of the 3 enemies, while I just spam swordsman to attack Caesar, along with Pompey. It all comes down to keeping most of your generals alive, especially your cavalry gens. Spamming infantry is also a must. I'll probably make a guide tomorrow with pictures.

Spartacus was just there if i happened to be given 3 strong infantry units. I'd say Pompey and Antony are the MVP, along with my Vercingetorix and my commander. Caesar would have been great to have for most of the campaign. Although I agree with you .

Omg, I was about to get a 3 star. Guess what gcr does, it crashes, an issue unique to gcr, and I lost all my progress on the mission. By the way, disbanding the cavarly is smart in that mission.
The unneeded light cavarly I mean. Thats -12 population

No rush moves for me I am still enjoying the process and from my previous experience I know there is plenty of time ahead... I congratulate you guys, but it is somewhat disappointing that the perfect result is achievable in 10 days of playing. I really hope it is only a middle game and not an endgame.

Tried it again, once again caesar is almost dead and a perfect victory is in sight. Guess what happens. The mission freaking glitched out and I can’t play it without my phone shutting down. Haha.

Btw, how many generals is it possible to use in the last campaign - 5 or 6?
