My thanks to all banner creators for making and contributing their art to the EFC forum and great show of enthusiasm from all voters! Since we didn't get a huge amount of votes I have decided to include all votes regardless of rank, also the badge prize will be awarded to all banner creators not just the top 5!
Banner 1: > 22 votes andrei
Banner 2: > 2 votes Seger
Banner 3: > 3votes Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr
Banner 4: > 4 votes Seger
Banner 5: > 18 votes War Master
Banner 6: > 17 votes NetherFreek

They are some clear favorites there but one particular design stands apart from all and so I am happy to declare:
This is his second design win our previous banner was also created by him.

Hello people, below are the final contenders to vote on for the new forum banner. All banners have been created by the membership so we thank them for their fun contributions !
Voting rules:
-A) 3 Votes max per member .
-B)No mention of the authors allowed in the voting process.
-C)Voting members rank of captain or higher (50 posts+)
Explanation of the rules:
1) You are allowed up to 3 votes of your favorite banners. Vote by stating your banner numbers, for example: "I choose banner Y, X and Z "
2)Voting exclude discussion of authors so people vote for the best looking banner instead of voting for their friends
3)This is to prevent creation of new accounts just to vote. If you do not qualify yet and would like to vote please increase your post count by participating and posting in other threads. EFC has a random chit chat thread Here
The Voting period is open roughly for another 2 weeks. If you are an author and there is a banner issue please use the PM system to contact me directly and I will assist you. The final banner selection will depend on the number of votes received as well as other technical aspects to make sure it is a good fit for our forum, in that regard it may need to be modified again (like size, fonts ect..) .
If you are a banner creator and don't win then know that EFC might still use your created banner on a rotation basis or for fun events/competitions/hollidays and so forth. So you might still see your artistic pet project at the top of the forum eventually!
