I bought $3 worth of medals an hour ago and they still haven't been added to my account. Does anyone know if this is an error or does it usually take a while?

Do you have multiple accounts? It's possible that you could have just bought them or signed in with the wrong account.

That sucks. Try emailing EasyTech in Mandarin. Maybe they will get a sense of urgency.

All purchases are instantaneous.Take a pic of the receipt as proof of purchase and send it to easytech they should respond to that.
I heard they sometimes will give an extra bonus on top of the full refund.

I can not buy medals at all! I can in EW4 but not in WC3. Pretty strange though.....

WC always says: Connection Error. I have a stable internet connection and when I try to connect the store of EW4 it works
