It's not useless Cavalry skill, it's the last stage of The rise of Octavian. I can get 2 stars easily by auto target then play manually 2 last turn. But 3 stars is really hard. Can anybody give me some guide?

Can anybody give me some guide? Get to the red dot, don’t attack any cities that are puppy guarded by a general or a strong unit. Wait till he either leaves or ignore the city. Then make your way to the red dot, grabbing on the poorly defended cities. It was pretty easy for me. Towards the end, I leroy jenkins Anthony towards the red dot once lepidus joined and aided my escape

Then kill Agrippa while split 3 generals forward to Red point by sea (2 Anthony and Commander). After kill Agrippa, move all units to Right bottom corner and focus on Anthony team to complete mission

But I went through octavian, got him rumored, and he pretty died in the same turn. As long as you be careful to spare your units damage, the population count won’t be an issue

I try the tactics across the sea But somehow I can't keep the required number of units before I get the target. How do I get through with only 3 generals through the enemies at sea and then through the blockade in the country right by the city by the sea
I'm being held up too long by land. I have to fight to get through. I lose too many units. And the same result across the north
Anyone else an idea what exactly needs to be considered?

As long as you be careful to spare your units damage, the population count won’t be an issue wow, in your words it sounds so easy, contrary to my experience. I tried the land route unsuccessfully. Even on an open highway Anthony would need 6-8 rounds for the approx 24 hex. But it’s a narrow path between cities, and the enemies block my way everywhere, so Anthony can’t simply ignore and outrun them. And Octavian didn’t even fall into chaos when encircled and attacked from 6 sides. Isn’t that impossible? Meanwhile I get flanked myself from north and west. The blood drain is just to much. next I tried it by sea, with the gens with a warship from the start, the Javelineer, default Anthony plus my commander on a built corvus. Despite his navy aura and flanking, after Agrippa and other enemy ships, I’m bleeded out when I reach the western shore. I barely made it to 15 medals with on gen on his last bubble at the exit.

Imo run, pedius made octavian go stupid haha (rumored). It was pretty funny.

So like they said, attack the infgen, then divide your troops immediately: antony and 2 horse gens (in blue lines), and the rest will wait and kill agrippa asap in water, then go in the yellow path and circle (in ocean) there they will be saved. so the antony group, kill the heavy inf (has only 2hp balls, so its ez to kill) asap, then march freely to lepidus camp. Some roman soldiers may go defend the objective, but its only a swordsman and ez to kill. Still, watch out for population, in my run the population left is about 40-45. hope this helps

I didnt said, but it is advisable that you march antony in group in the southest hexes in sea to avoid much enemy warships

If your gens have skills at max lvl and you have the best gens with their respective stats at max, the only thing left is to promote them to Marshal rank to improve their atk power, IMO.

If the firepower isnt enough to break that infantry wall near lepidus, add the heavy inf in the breakthrough. Just try and try until you win, you can do it.
