Is there any difference in how allies spend the money they are given that anyone has noticed? I find the Egyptians spend it on troops but with any Roman except Caesar it seems to just disappear. I suspect aqueducts and statues are to blame, but jeez! I WANT YOU TO SPEND IT ATTACKING THINGS! Numidian seem to understand too.

I've seen that some nations are more aggressive and others are slow and amateurish. |

I funded allied states using excess funds to pay them to act as proxies.
The best you can expect is that they distract the enemy and, steal and hold 1 or 2 enemy cities.

The IAs make bad decisions with mah money $$$! I give them 9k of silver..... I'd put the world under a 1000 years of eternal sufferings with even a 1k bribe (if it was possible to receive bribe from other big allies ...). Sometimes it's better to just declare war to some allies to expand and earn more sesterces . P.S. Deleted , I'm hiring Anthony in the future (or I'll just modify my free general from infantry) if they will add more medals campaigns |

Donating to larger nations is pretty useless since they just use your donation to upgrade or build more city structures. For smaller nations, they have less cities, thus the left over donations will be used in training units |
