I would put washington in the c/d rank, kutuzov in the d rank, moltke into the f- rank, scharny into the a rank, sophia into the c, and lan into the b tier rank, then both alexander and mahmud into the a rank. |

Almost unkillable with a tent. And yes, Victoria deserves a higher ranking. I used to think that she is bad just because she lacks Escorting, but she’s actually good. If she’s better than Hood, who I liked, then she’s definitely great. |

I just noticed there's no Greene and Sakuraku on this list. Sakuraku and Victoria make an awesome team sinking Lord Nelson. |

Plus it is active all the time I find morale to be pretty unimportant in this game because the bonuses and penalties aren’t really that big and it’s super hard to stunlock things because deterrent has a really low proc chance. |
