Rank and Nobi must be maxed and try at turn 29 also  Good luck Huh?for all my gens? It's mainly for wooing the last 2, Lan and Victoria. I recommend having Rank + Nobility at high 40s or low 50s. |

Am I still intact for Victoria? Try every cases (turns, resources) with what you're having. If still can't get Vic, try to buy more gens, lvl up your gens to highest rank and nobi, and more campaign stars That's all I can say. |
