Who would you guys recommend for each category especially for trainers that can also fight well?

Who would you guys recommend for each category especially for trainers that can also fight well? Gazan is a good arty trainer, unless you have Kutaisov who is more cost efficient and better. Dumouriez is good due to his skill and 4* firepower. Navy and Fort trainers and *s tend to be less important so the others usually take more important. |

Very amusing to see someone like suvorov or lannes hit 80+ damage on their last hit before dying. Not as amusing when you are against them |

For me in tier 2 scharnhorst got me through HRE campaign, before becoming obselete but he was a trainer. Probably more expensive than what you want, however
