I have saved up the medals for Badoglio as my first general, but cannot find him anywhere,not even in Turin. I have reached operation Barbarossa in axis camaign and kursk in allied one. I cannot proceed further. Please help.

I believe that you need to reach HQ lvl 10 and he'll be unlocked.

Pietro Badoglio,Is Crerar a good general,cuz everyone is saying so.... But he has only 2 stars. Should I buy him instead of Badoglio?

Crerar is one of the best starter generals. At first I thought he was bad too but take a look at his skills. Lvl 4 in plains fighting meaning +20 damage and plains are basically everywhere (Tiles that give no debuffs). Your goal should be getting both Crerar and Badoglio. I bought Crerar first so you can too.

You can buy Crerar or Badoglio. Order doesn't matter that much as the medals are still relatively easy to get. It's your choice as to what you like better, Tank or Arty. Crerar's skills do make him a decent filler arty commander too so I'm leaning more on Crerar.
If you're still stuck on Barbarossa, I'm grinding towards it and I can hopefully make a guide soon

What turn is it? You're not exactly in a bad spot as you have Paris. Start producing a heavy tank per turn as send them over to Russia. As for the UK, constantly produce Field Arty and spam them at London, when you take it, produce heavy tanks and take over the remaining British land. As for Africa, it isn't really that important so only use your left over resources on it.

Well, thanks for the advice-It was exactly what I was doing, even though I didnt see your post. Well, i am directing the leftover units from the African campaign to the east for helping Japan. And after I conquer the whole of Britain i am going to send troops to take over North America. And also going to send an army to russia. And how is the Barbarossa guide coming through?  |

Still making my way up to it. I would actually say that invading America this early would be a bad idea. You would have to split your economy too much and the Americans will most likely push you out eventually or make your cities useless with air power. Focus on taking out Russia and securing the Asian front then push America from two sides. (Watch out for Australia, Blamey will be hell to take out)
Another tactic is to save a lot of gold and take Ottawa, from there you can spam bombers/fighters to take New York and Washington. Expand west and the game is won.

Yeah,I know how Australia is.When I was japan,It took 15 turns and 3 generals for me to take Australia((suffered massive casualties until my Japanese tank general,with the help of an aircraft carrier took it)

So I just completed Barborrosa on turn 16 with 2 stars. I could've gotten it with 3 but I forgot to use my EC generals
Generals used:
Crerar
Tech:
Lvl 1 Tank
Lvl 1 Arty
Lvl 2 Infantry
Use Crerar on the Tiger and start producing Field Arty in Warsaw. Send your Panther tank, Assault Infantry, and Armored Car to Kiev and send your Battalion arty to Leningrad. Rush towards Minsk but try to avoid getting hit by Konev in his RA. It doesn't matter if Guderian takes Minsk because the city we're going to use is Smolensk. From Smolensk, start producing Field Arty and spam them at Moscow. Use your EC's on the Field Arty and you should be able to three star it. I can add photos if you want

 This is the general idea.The troops circled in red r your main elite troops so deploy gens on them..Cooperate with guderian and try stealing the cities so you can produce enough troops The troops in green and blue are just reinforcements for the other fronts to either take or help them occupy the key cities..Upon facing konev and zhukov flank them whenever possible and under conditions where crerar is on PLAIN field.spam FA as sometimes enemy cant retaliate and hopefully 3 stars is in the grasp |
