Is it worth using campaign stars to upgrade units or should they be sold to help fund generals?
Do campaign stars apply to all campaigns or just the one you spend them in?
Also if I should spend them what would you recommend?

Also if I should spend them what would you recommend? Thanks in advance If you have experience at playing that Campaign and/or strong gens, you are unlikely to need to use the *s for upgrades. The upgrades depend on the unit you will use most in that Campaign, what you already have at the start and the development of your economy in the course of that Campaign. For example, if it's a swift campaign like the first campaigns, you probably will not need strong units like heavy cav or guards. |

I sold mine. Managed to complete all campaigns bar SNS despite doing so
If your comms are good enough you can get away with not using your stars and instead selling them, like I did
