Which one ship or minister? The minister especially, but the ship was also good. Waste of resources, but thats what happens when you start a war meant for 8-10 years later in 1939. |

When someone says Bismarck I think of the minister, a minister who was able to convince Russia twice into joining a pact.
For a time he completely isolated France but Wilhelm II. messed it up
