I’m not a fan of Cover. I think it’s really a matter of preference. This guy would be really good if he was at least a Prince. I mean we have Hotzendorf which doesn't need any books.Even if He's a prince we still need 15 books to change cover and alert Not a problem for me. I tolerate up to 2 required skill book changes. From 3+ it’s a sign that the general’s skillset is mediocre and thus you shouldn’t bother with him. |

Even then i would minimize the amount of generals that even need 2 skills changed. |

This is why we buy Beseler,Hindenburg,Ivanov instead.Maybe you're right only if he's a prince.I'm just going for the top notch generals

Is he required for history mode? I'm still struggling with Russo-Turkish War Hopefully just Ivanov and Selivanov are adequate. Plus you dont get too many starter units, and probably wont have income to spawn many generals anyways. Perhaps the key is to use 3 artillery generals... |
