When ET announces that they are developing the update that will include the last HM missions, I will suggest that they make Todorov and Dimitriev Princes, just like they did with Moltke. Leaving those two like Dukes is just wasting potential.

Below is the best out of nicholas ii, him, and kemal. But even with him, it will take a while to make him good. Aside from henry horne and vazov, none of the free generals are any good (meade lacks salvo and his other two skills are not so good). Really vazov is the best artillery general till hotzendorf. |

But imo hammering a unit twice is better than have a slight damage bonus. But that’s just me |
