A pretty good 2nd admiral choice. He's got line of battle, alert, and inspiration which are all good skills for navy. Only problem is lack of tactics master but he still has really good output when combined with Beatty. Main selling point is that he's already maxed out at prince so no silver medals required and that he's pretty cheap. 4/5 Lack of tactics master is now solvable via skill books. |

I got him as a third navy and added tactic master & escort. He's a fantastic admiral. Furthermore, you can use him in history mode as an arty gen. Give him 2 officer's sword when u use him in history mode tho.
