I found Hessen 1775 to be quite easy.
Once you hold the Americans off and wait for the British (I think), you should be good to go.
Right now I've reduced USA to a few forts, one city, one stable and one industry, with Russia being my biggest enemy.
Sweden 1798 was my easiest campaign.
For me, at least it was.
Was easy to take over Denmark, then I helped take over Holland.
I stole an HRE city for no reason.
Defeating France was also easy.
Prussia 1798 for me is also good, but I think I just fluked out.
I really dunno.
I had this plan, which sent my generals to Spain and the heart of France.
So in the end, after a bunch of stuff, I took over Spain before France, with Madrid being my first Spanish city.
Finally, I did UK in 1812.
It's my fastest, in I think 65/75 rounds.
Not my favorite, but easy.
Now I'm doing 1815 as Egypt (Going pretty well so far. Russia my greatest ally)
Poland in 1809, also going well
Italy in '06
France in '12
Spain in '98
And I'm still doing Hessen for '75

The Netherlands officialy exists since 1830. in the game we have 2 cities. Amsterdam amd Rotterdam, both of them are laying in Holland. because The netherlands didnt exist he cant use that name, but becuase the game speaks of Amsterdam and Rotterdam, he can speak of Holland. because both of them are laying in Holland

I also have a special thing for Poland (partly because Most of my ancestors lived there).
BTW, I still want Israel to appear somewhere. I know it will be Ottoman, but it's my homeland and I want it

1798: Portugal
1806: Das Deutschland (Prussia)
1809: France
1812: Great Britain
1815: Sardinia-Piedmont
