It’s too situational for me, you only get to use it if you’re playing as France or Russia because they are the only ones that have grenadiers now. |

He's McClellan who switched out Plains Fighting for Tactic Master. Probably a pretty good starter general. Would've definetely bought him if he was purchasable.
