Now that I look at it in that sense, yes he is definitely a better price performer than Kutuzov but only 2 of his skills are great and the rest are average. (I still think Kutuzov is mediocre even if he costs as much as Mahmud II as he really only has two skills, but his stats are actually pretty good) |

(I still think Kutuzov is mediocre even if he costs as much as Mahmud II as he really only has two skills, but his stats are actually pretty good) His performance is very good maybe one of the best when pair with general with Inf.Commander But anyway he is very expensive one. |

Seriously though when you think about it Haig is Clinton with 3 more mediocre skills with better stats
