Seem good Cavalry need only 4 skills to be beast. Least important skills seem to be surprised. But have its make cavalry to blitzkrieg enemy. For me, the ideal cav general would be someone like ludendorf except trade his aura for cavarly expert. I love Ludendorff as he is. |

As health packs will be more and more rare, secondary generals with tactics master are a bit dangerous. Nikolaevich has better way better defense so buying him would be smart. |

Stepan is a good pick if you are looking for generals that start with a decent rank and don’t require too many skill changes.

I do agree with Gone, Krasnik is an awesome purchasing choice. He starts off strong, and his only real contender is nikolaevich. There is no reason not to buy him actually considering how cheap he is. |

You can choose Stapanobicc if you have ended the game and you are boring . |

You can choose Stapanobicc if you have ended the game and you are boring . Joffre is really really slow which is a huge turnoff. Imo stepanovic will be better when given jungle and surprise as he will have 5 decent skills (keep cover). And you can’t fix joffre’s slowness within a reasonable textbook budget (like prince leopold), as joffre lacks the essential skills strike and surprise. Imo, there is absolutely no reason to buy joffre. The game is absolutely loaded with better generals like gough, step, sidney, mccellan, bruislov, nikolaevich, krasnik, ... I gave him a very negative review for the reason that you can pick almost any other cavarly general and they are most likely a better decision. The only redeemable quality joffre has is that he is useful for history mode. If you want scipio, I highly recommend stonewall jackson or nikoaevich |

Hmm I have edge and surprise attack on STepanovic now, and I wonder what should I replace inspiration with? Jungle or mountain fighting? Or cav expert?
