Gough or Stepanvic are the 4th best cav, without bringing in Ludendorf into the equation. Depending on whether or not you want tactics master, your choice will be either gough or stepanovic. Alternatively, you could go for nikolaevich since he is very fast, starts at duke, and has good defense but crappy combined ability.
