Offense and defense wolfpack, with 2 hexes of range instead of one as well. And since it is percentage based it is way better than the one in wc4. Only thing donitz has going for him is rumor. Without rumor. Donitz has no chance whatsover Beatty can beat Donitz if he’s really lucky on a WW1 frigate. Yes beatty does a lot of damage, he’ll kill donitz in 3 hits by the time he is rumored |

Alexyx hasn't been on since February 5th and the list wasn't updated to include the textbook update so it is outdated. And now with the new terrain skill bonuses, even more so.
