Idk but he definitely makes wc4 IAPs look shameful Hmmm let's see if you are right WC4 Manstein: Ehh Guderian's better WC4 Zhukov: Have some redeemable qualities but Konev is better WC4 Eisenhower: Decent admiral, but is not as good as Dönitz, Nimitz and Yamamoto. Conclusion: Ludendorff can wreck those 3 even with a 2 decade technology gap |

Costs like 135 books to reset all of a general's skills. If you want to make every gold-tier perfect, you’re looking at 1335+ books. Probably less, but it’s nevertheless quite expensive and will require a lot of gridding which will be torturous if there is not a reliable source. |
