it has to do eith their lifes, when their rank is 12 they have 4 skills when their rank is 9 they have 3 skills when their rank is 3 they have 2 skills they always have 1 skill thats werid , for my version of 3k its rank 5 2skills, rank 8 3 skills and rank 11 4 skills |

i'll say another archer general.
i will say or Huang Zhong, or Lu Bu.
NOTE: if you buy Lu Bu you must buy Diao Chan for the achievement of 500 jade.
Dia Chan costs only 300 jade so you gain a profit of 200 jade. afterwards you sell Diao Chan and gain 150 jade. so the total profit of jade is 350. this makes Lu Bu a cheap general 1000-350=650 jade.
