Remember how xexeres (sorry if I wrote it wrong) made a guide how to win Bulgaria in 2 turns? Yeah, it was kind of a conquest. But others can be done insanely fast (with E rank) thanks to some diplomacy tricks like USA (about 6 turns I got, but I believe with somewhat better generals and managing 5 is possible).
So until they fix it (and we don't know for sure if they do) I'm proposing a way to sort the conquests and speedruns:
-Official records - records achieved in conquests, while ALL countries (excluding neutrals) have joined the war. They will never give an E rank.
-Unofficial records - records achieved BEFORE all countries have joined the war, ranked with E.
This way we can sort the conquests and still have the records list. Tell me what do you think about this system.
maybe the speedrun records will divide into two parts:
9-10 generals (for those who had petain (?))
8 or less generals (for those who cannot afford an iap general, and later the players using the game for free.I don't think there's a reason to divide this one, because I can't see a conquest beatable faster with 10 gens than with 8 on maximum tech level. My 5 turns USA is beatable with 8 generals, just one artillery less.
Unlike in WC series, every general has the same units speed, so you won't get faster anywhere. I know you'd say that's easier, but it's only true on tech levels up to about 8 campaign. After that it just doesn't matter a lot, as 8 generals can manage 8 offensives with regular units, or 4 offensives without them.
