Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr, I had a bit of free time before Midterms came and it didn't look like anyone was working on it so I decided to! And it may be a bit difficult to create a edit log as I was on and off with this and constantly switched what I was working on.

Yep, I've checked most of the other libraries to see if I can add more useful information but the general format belongs to NetherFreeks

Any help would be appreciated as the 20 minute timer per cloud save use kinda makes it a grind. If you can finish the remaining Naval, then that would be lovely.
