I'm stuck on the first mission of the Balkan Lion campaign. Even when I kill the main target boat, there's still way too many left for me to deal with, and I always get overrun. Any tips? I had some difficulties on this at first, but you should be able to win with improved naval technology upgrades, and competent generals. What naval general do you have? Are you starting out with the free naval generals? Did you hire Hipper and/or Beatty yet? |

i did that mission yesterday, i used hipper tho and all my best non-navy generals (plumer, jackson, ivanov, beseler, lee, hindenburg). it helps a lot if you can buy all the healing equipment (2 ambulances and 3 tents from the store, there are 2 extra tents you can get from achievement)
i ignored the enemy ships north and just attacked the enemies west. just focus fire on the same ships. just remember that submarines can hit other ships without getting hit back, and because submarines have no range you can hit them from a distance and they won't hit back as well.

I also put my best non-navy generals on as well (Hindenburg, Ivanov, Dmitriev, etc). Maybe upgrading could help. Even with my best navy generals it feels so unfair. |

Where did Max Looff go? Lol, anyways with Scheer you just need to focus on tech upgrades.ย I have tried to get Looff, but Heligoland Bight is just impossible for me lol. Tried so many times and no luck. Same with the Dardanelles. |

i recommend you max your attack and mobility only. ignore defence and health - the reason is in conquest challenge mode, as you upgrade your def and health, enemy also gets more def and health but it scales greater for them so upgrading defence and health is not actually a good thing. mobility is most important and then do attack
