General potential/price comparison

method: battle ability + infantry ability = TA (total ability) wich skills a general has aren't taken into account because of books. This is the best possible from of every general.

For the cost comparison of books, the skills must meet two things: 1. They are all above average according to the list of Alexyx. 2. The skills are not bad when you combine them, think of attacking and defensive skills and more than one terrain skill (forest and mountains are an exception because they stack). So it doesn't matter to me whether the skills are the best as long as they are good. I think it is a waste of books, for example, to change forest to plain.
