Artillery I believe is %13 and cavalry is %10. Don't understand by infantry has %5 Feels like artillery and infantry expert/master should be reversed since infantry has the worst attack stats while artillery has the best.

The main role of infantry isnโt to deal damage tho. Thatโs the role of Calvary

Aura@lv5 adds 20% of the damage (in the same as general's battle ability), contrary to the flat 20 damage as mentioned in the description. This does not mean much for cavalry and artillery as their base damage are close to 100. But for infantry with low atk stat, adding 20% damage is much weaker than adding 20 flat damage. So, unlike Karl in 1804 who buffs militia atk stat from 40 to 60, Petain only adds 20% of atk to a militia, that is, 40 to 48.
Regarding 'xxx Expert' skills, I do not think that they just simply add flat 5/10/13% damage to the attack since there should be no reason to make infantry even relatively weaker. Since infantry gets smaller buff from the skill, I believe that it should be a buff on something that infantry already has an advantage over cavalry and artillery. And my guess is something related to damage floating coefficient. But we cannot be sure unless we know how the damage is calculated exactly.

Aura skills are still probably the best option when your general already has all of his other skills as great.
