I managed to do a declare war on neutrals in 1861 as France, though it took 29 turns.
Ate the dutch within the first round, could've eaten Brazil within round 4, but the cavalry decided to mess with the victory rush, so it was within round 5 instead. I'm on mobile right now, will post pics soon

So here's my round one starter, and this is my first time with France 1861  Ate Dutch for Dinner  Ate Brazil for Breakfast  Britain my second last enemy  And Canada's gone, 29 rounds. I could show the pictures in between the rounds if you want but that'd just turn into an AAR  How's that? |

I've got one suggestion for 1865. The "One Germany" challenge. I'd prefer to say "As any of the german nation" but Prussia might not be hard whilst Austria is obviously easy. So the goal would be "As any of the three German nation, unite Germany by declaring war on the remainder two at the start of the game". My ideal preference would be German Confederation, and i've tried, lasted only 9 rounds, managed to capture only one city which was south of my capital, Bavarian-owned. I have screenshots on them, thinking it won't be a failure but the Prussians were unexpectedly strong.

The Prussians are the strongest out of all German states With their krupp cannon in hand, they are really strong. |
