Hipper can be seen in some campaign missions, I don't know if he will change for purchase or if he will remain the same.
He has Line of Battle, Navy Commander, Tactic Master, Rage and Inspiration, and he is a golden general with 92 general ability (at Prince rank) and 60 naval. There are so many non-purchaseable gens spread out through campaigns, though some don't even have info (He was an experienced x admiral/army general)

I’m 100% sure they will change the stats, why? All generals you could vote on had 160 TA
